No. Colorado allows direct access to occupational therapy without a physician referral.

We are out-of-network providers and can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. Contact your insurance to verify out-of-network benefits.

Initial evaluations: 60-75 minutes. Follow-up sessions: 45-60 minutes.
