Short answer is yes! Pelvic floor therapy is a proactive way to support your changing body, prepare for birth, and set yourself up for a smoother postpartum. Coming in prenatally allows:
Assess the function of your pelvic floor and core
Identify and address small issues before they become symptoms
Teach you strategies for labor & delivery (breathing, pushing, positioning)
Support your body as it changes
Build strength and mobility to help you feel confident and prepared
Set the foundation for a faster, smoother postpartum recovery
Preventative support now often means fewer challenges later. We want to help you feel more confident and supported throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Most of the work we do in pelvic floor therapy is gentle and focused on helping your body feel strong, more comfortable and supported. Some techniques might feel uncomfortable at first but it should never be sharp or unbearable pain.
We always go at your pace, explain what we’re doing, and make adjustments to make sure you are comfortable. The goal is progress without pain, so you leave feeling empowered and in control of your body.

Everybody is different, but many people start noticing changes within just a few sessions. Sometimes even after the first one. It depends on your goals, your symptoms, and how long you’ve been experiencing them.
We will track your progress together, adjust as needed, and make sure you understand why we’re doing each step. Most people feel a combination of improved awareness, reduced tension, and more confidence early on, with deeper, lasting changes building over time.
Healing isn’t always linear, but with consistent support and a plan tailored to you, meaningful progress is absolutely achievable.
