I’m a Doctor of Occupational Therapy specializing in pelvic floor health, with advanced training in pelvic floor dysfunction across pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout the lifespan. I earned my education at the University of Iowa and completed my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Creighton University, then continued my training through post-professional education in pelvic health.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women across many stages of life, supporting concerns such as pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum. Through this experience, I’ve seen how deeply pelvic health affects daily life and how powerful it can be when care is proactive, individualized, and whole-body.
I believe you deserve care that builds confidence and understanding in your body. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. A place where you can learn about your body, reconnect with it, and move forward with confidence.
My approach is holistic and whole-body, blending evidence-based pelvic floor therapy with principles from orthopedics and mental health. True healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens when we address the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that shape your health.
I’m here to help you feel informed, supported, and in control of your wellness. You deserve care that sees the whole you.
Meet Kayshe - Your Pelvic Health Therapist
It’s so great to meet you, here’s how I can help you
Every woman’s body and story is different, and your pelvic health care should reflect that. We understand that choosing a pelvic health specialist is an important decision, and it's essential to find a place where you feel understood, cared for, and confident in the expertise provided. Below are the top reasons why our clinic stands out for women seeking individualized pelvic health support.
Focused Expertise in Pelvic Health: We specialize exclusively in pelvic floor dysfunction, offering advanced training and expertise.
Holistic, Whole-Body Approach. We don’t just treat symptoms. We look at the full picture: lifestyle, movement, stress, and overall well-being to help you make lasting improvements.
Consistent & Personalized Care: You’ll work with the same therapist at every visit. You build a real relationship with a provider who knows your story, understands your body, and helps you reach your goals.
Dedicated Time for Your Body: Each appointment is a full hour dedicated entirely to you. Because sessions are longer and more targeted, patients often require fewer total appointments.
Knowledge & Confidence: We believe knowledge is a key part of healing. You’ll receive guidance, tools, and support that help you understand your body and continue progressing even after therapy.
Care that Prioritizes Your Long-term Wellbeing: Choosing our clinic is choosing to prioritize yourself. It's about not settling for discomfort or delay, but taking control and moving towards a healthier, stronger you.
Healing shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming. We guide you with a plan to achieve your goals.
